Connect deeply with your body, breathing and intuition through the medium of inner stillness, peace and awareness. This meditation is a little different from others, perhaps even a little special. Explore your breath as meditation facilitator Mark gently guides you into deeper inner stillness and introduces the “natural breath” meditation technique.
Unlike other forms of breath meditation which encourage uniform and balanced breathing, the natural breath is free-form. You will discover a level of body/breath/stillness awareness allowing your breath to guide you, rather than you guiding it. Simple, profound, inspiring.
Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Although you can listen lying down, it is better from an energy perspective to be sitting upright.
Although not essential, many people find wearing headphones helps.
You may find it easier to focus if you’ve not just eaten a meal, or drank alcohol.
Please do not use while driving, operating machinery or need to give your attention to other things. You may become seriously chilled out and relaxed while listening to these guided meditations!
