The solar plexus is one of the main chakras in your body and is the seat of your personality. It is also where the energy of insecurity and worry can gather. Rebalance and unblock your solar plexus as this meditation guides you through body awareness and into chakra awareness.
This is a potentially healing, restorative and self-empowering meditation which is suitable for people of any experience level. We do not recommend this for children however as their energy systems are still developing. Truly a wonderful meditation that creates an inner stillness and loving awareness from which you can bring yourself back into harmonious alignment.
Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Although you can listen lying down, it is better from an energy perspective to be sitting upright.
Although not essential, many people find wearing headphones helps.
You may find it easier to focus if you’ve not just eaten a meal, or drank alcohol.
Please do not use while driving, operating machinery or need to give your attention to other things. You may become seriously chilled out and relaxed while listening to these guided meditations!
