In this guided meditation we explore mantra meditation, which is a series of sounds that you repeat on the inside. You are guided by experience meditation facilitator Mark as he gives you a mantra within this meditation. The best way to learn is from direct experience which is why this meditation avoids the distraction of visualisation and background music to focus purely on the mantra, which you will learn.
Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Although you can listen lying down, it is better from an energy perspective to be sitting upright.
Although not essential, many people find wearing headphones helps.
You may find it easier to focus if you’ve not just eaten a meal, or drank alcohol.
Please do not use while driving, operating machinery or need to give your attention to other things. You may become seriously chilled out and relaxed while listening to these guided meditations!
