Free Meditation Class in Horsforth Leeds

Ever wondered why more and more people are learning how to meditate and discovering the benefits? There's lots of reasons why a person might want to learn to meditate. Maybe they want to find out how easy it is to relax deeper, or to reduce the stress their lives. Perhaps they've heard about the health and well-being benefits too? And what about beyond the personality based benefits? People often talk about meditation being a way of becoming enlightened, whatever that might mean!

The real question you are probably asking is "what is in it for me?" and that's a really sensible question to ask. After all if you're going to do anything then surely there should be a good reason. Well I could talk at length about the many "good reasons" why you might want to meditate but that would just be me expressing my personal opinion based on my many years of experience. What has more value to you is for you to find out for yourself!

So if you're smart enough to want to find out for yourself what meditation is all about then a good way to begin is to come along to a taster session and the next one is Monday evening at 7pm on the 4th of March in Horsforth Leeds. It's a 1 hour class and it is completely FREE. You can turn up on the day but as places are limited and there are already a number of people booked in then I'd recommend getting in contact and reserving a place. Will you learn everything there is to know about meditation in 1 hour? Of course not, but I will make sure that by the end of the session you will have learned a simple but powerful way of meditating which you can do any time and from which you will get real benefits. I'm also going to give you a chance to discuss any aspects of meditation in a jargon free down to earth and practical way. For those of you wishing to take your meditation further I run regular meditation classes and courses.
