In my third video I answer the following kinds of questions:

"How to make your mind still in meditation?"

"I don't think I can meditate because my mind is always active"

"I don't think I'm a good meditator because I keep having thoughts!"

Do any of these sound familiar to you? Well the problem is that there is some well intentioned but pretty poor meditation advice out there. People telling you to "still your mind" or "make your thoughts go away" and the problem is that, well that may not actually be possible. So people end up feeling like they can't meditate. It'd be like me asking you to lift yourself up off the floor by pulling on your shoe laces. It's simply not going to work. So in this video I explain in more detail how the mind works esoterically and approaches to meditation which can support you and your mind instead of seeing your mind as an enemy which must be overcome.

I hope you find it useful and please feel free to share it with others, also go ahead and subscribe to my youtube channel (click the youtube icon in the footer) and if you've got any questions then please get in touch.
