Many of the benefits that everyday normal people, just like you, can get from meditation are also beneficial in the workplace. From reducing stress to making better decisions it is easy to see how you and fellow staff can benefit from meditation classes in the workplace. Earlier this year I taught about 20 staff at the NHS Employers offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire a practical hands on meditation in the workplace session and I'm really pleased to be able to share with you this fantastic feedback video from Gemma who organised the event at NHS Employers.
